Although we would love for you to stay in the Academy forever, we know that our journey together might eventually end. We understand that unexpected circumstances can happen. If you choose to cancel your membership, we ask that you DO NOT send us an email with your request as we have made it very easy for you to cancel your membership under your profile tab (It's quick and easy!).
Please follow the steps based on your form of payment as stated below. IMPORTANT: Make sure you end your request properly by clicking the button at the end of the page whether it is "SAVE" "CHANGE" or "CANCEL."
TO CANCEL (For PayPal see below), go to Settings which is located by your profile image, and follow the steps in the images below. As a reminder, we have a "NO REFUNDS Policy." Therefore, make sure you cancel at least 2-5 days before your next due date.
Note to students who joined the Academy BEFORE 2018: If you don't see the steps below under your Profile, it's because you joined the Academy before we move to this platform. Therefore, please email us at [email protected] 5-7 days before your next tuition due date with your request.
If you used PayPal as a payment method, please see additional instructions for PayPal cancellation below.
Please keep in mind that once your card is charged, no refunds are provided. Make sure you cancel 2-5 days prior to your next tuition due date to avoid unwanted charges.

There are 4 ways to get your questions answered depending on what type of feedback you wish to receive. We're breaking it down for you below.

OPTION 1.
If you would like to receive in-depth feedback from Sergio and Dr. Yanina, you can ask your questions during the Facebook Live Q/A Sessions or you can pre-post them ahead of time in the corresponding post under the "FEATURED / ANNOUNCEMENTS" tab in the Facebook group (click HERE). If you can't join us live, no worries. We record each Live Q/A and house them under the GUIDE 2 area. When you are available, simply click on GUIDES, then Guide 2 in our Facebook Group to watch the recorded session (click HERE).
You're welcome to repost your question in the Discussion area as stated in option #2 so that other student members can also share their feedback.
OPTION 2.
If you would like to receive feedback from other student members in the community, post your question, comment or document in the DISCUSSION area of the Facebook Group. Please also use option 1 if you would like feedback from Sergio & Dr. Yanina.
Also, if you would like Sergio and other fellow members to review a document and share feedback (e.g., Artist Statement, Press Kit, Exhibition Proposal, etc.), upload the document to the Facebook group in a PDF or DOC format. Once you receive your feedback, you're welcome to keep or delete the document from the Facebook group. If you're not sure how to upload your documents on Facebook, please click HERE for a video tutorial. Make sure you have access to our Facebook group for this link to work.
OPTION 3.
If you have program or membership-related questions such as "I need to cancel, I can't log in, Does my membership cancel automatically after a Challenge ends?, etc.," click on the FAQ tab as most questions and answers are posted under this tab.
If you don't find your answer under the FAQ tab or have a website content question (I'm having issues with a course or link, I can't find a course, etc.) post your question in the Member Support area found under the "MY LIBRARY" tab in the Academy's website. You can also use this option if you do not have a Facebook account.
You're always welcome to browse the website to become familiar with our content. Please DO NOT email us your questions as we don't want your email to get lost in the sea of emails we receive on a daily basis. We recommend that you use this option instead.
OPTION 4.
If you're participating in any of our ongoing LIVE Challenges and have a question about the content that we're teaching in a specific video training, write your question UNDER THE VIDEO POST located in our Facebook Group. Click HERE to access the Facebook group. Option 4 is only available during live Challenges.
If you have questions that are NOT related to the Challenge lessons or if you're watching the challenge when we're not doing it together live, you're welcome to use option 1 (questions for Sergio & Dr. Yanina) or option 2 (questions for fellow Next Levelers).
As an Art NXT Level member, you can consult with us during the Facebook Live Q & A. Join Sergio & Dr. Yanina for a live Q & A where you can ask your question right on the spot. If you're unable to join when we go live, you're welcome to post your question under the post designated for the upcoming Q&A which can be found under FEATURED on the Facebook group page. Keep in mind that days and times will vary. A schedule is found under the NEWS tab (click HERE). Scroll below for the link to join the Facebook group.

These calls last one hour.

Each Sunday night, we send an email to our members with news and important information relevant to your student membership including information to join our Studio Visits Video Calls. If you're NOT receiving these emails, please check your SPAM or PROMOTIONS folder first. If they're not there, please go to the MEMBER SUPPORT option found under MY LIBRARY to let us know so that we can take care of it.
NO, IT DOES NOT. As you recall, the Art NXT Level Academy is an ongoing membership-based program (just like a Netflix, Hulu, or even a Gym monthly subscription). Your monthly tuition will be collected every month until YOU cancel your student membership. You can cancel at any time. If you choose to cancel your membership, please make sure you cancel, at least, 2-5 days PRIOR to your next tuition is due to avoid unwanted charges as we have a "No Refund Policy."
We offer numerous resources, courses, and support in addition to the Challenges. Many student members enter the Academy through a Challenge and stay longer to take advantage of the various resources available.
